License, Updates & Pre-purchase Questions

This plugin is built for WordPress, an open source software released under the GNU Public License. Licenses are valid for one year from the date of purchase and are automatically renewed. A valid and active license is required to have access to updates, support and downloads of the purchased products. You easily can cancel your license any time.

We offer the 3 following license options, depending on the amount of websites you have:

– Single site license
– 5 website license
– Unlimited website license

See more here on the purchase options.

Yes, you can upgrade your license at any time and you will just pay the difference.

The following URL’s will not impact on your license activation count.

localhost
*.dev
.*local
dev.*
staging.*

So your license will only be used on the live site. Contact Us if you need help with this.

We offer a 14 day money back guarantee first purchases for Site Chat so you have enough time to test the plugin and make sure it’s right for you.

We unfortunately DO NOT offer refunds on renewal payments, but you will receive reminder emails that the plugin is going to renew and you can cancel at any time you choose.

Support Questions

Please be patient, I’m a one-man business and am managing everything from the code to the support emails.

I make sure to respond to all support and will get to your email as soon as possible.

I’m constantly working to grow and improve the documentation on Site Chat so that you can hopefully find the answers you need without having to contact me.

But if you still need help, please don’t hesitate to contact me on the support form provided, and I will help you over email to get any issues resolved.

Please contact our support so we can post a fix and get it working for you.

Is there a feature that you think will fit nicely with the plugin? Do you need a new feature added?

If so, contact us and let us know, and if it’s a good feature we think other users will enjoy then we’ll look at adding it on to a future update.

Not all suggested features will be added, only if we think it also fits.
